Dell Studio 15

It is easy to find a laptop that is right at the base. But what if you want to edit photos and video? Or multitask without your laptop wheezing? Enter the Dell Studio 15 (1558), an excellent multimedia machine under $ 900 for people who want to do more. We love its comfortable keyboard, a high resolution webcam, high performance, rich sound and long battery life. Gamers might want to look elsewhere, but everyone should be satisfied.
Design

While the Studio 15 avoids many surfaces during design trends matte or metallic, the island of keyboards he nevertheless attractive and comfortable. The deck lid and the keyboard has a glossy surface but does not pick up fingerprints. This is partly because even if they are brilliant, they always finish a longer course than other covers reflection. Keyboard and touchpad

Studio 15 keyboard is one of our favorites on the Studio 15. The touchpad, whose surface has very little friction, does not draw much attention to itself (it’s a good thing). The touchpad is a bit small to pinch and zoom, one of the gestures enabled, but the scroll is along the right edge or bottom of the trackpad felt very natural. We like that if you go to Control Panel> Mouse> Touchpad Dell, you can use Dell’s own intuitive interface to enable or disable the gestures, and customize the way the trackpad is sensitive. [via]
